Flash proposed making a map showing the movements of airborne targets available to the general public
Serhiy “Flash” Beskrestnov, a special advisor to the president, proposed giving the civilian population access to a system containing information on the movements of Russian air targets. In his view, this decision could potentially save hundreds of lives during airstrikes.
Beskrestnov noted that currently, gas station chains, Ukrzaliznytsia, a number of other organizations, and the administrators of hundreds of Telegram channels already have access to the map tracking the movement of “suicide drones.” With such a large number of users, it is impossible to keep the information secret, so the enemy also receives this data. At the same time, during discussions at the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense, no arguments against providing such information to civilians were found.
To ensure security, the expert suggests providing civilians only with limited data on the threat—for example, alerting them to an approaching drone, displaying drone movements only over cities, or showing targets within 2-by-2-kilometer grids. At the same time, highly precise coordinates, target numbers, and classified information should remain exclusively with the military.

Gas stations in the Kyiv region will gain access to a special digital air awareness system used by the Defense Forces. The Kyiv Regional Defense Council, in coordination with the regional military administration, adopted this decision to enhance the safety of employees and visitors during airstrikes.
Russian strikes have damaged 16 gas stations in the capital. At the same time, city officials stated on September 15 that no fuel shortage is expected for Kyiv residents.
