According to available data, in 14 of the 18 court decisions, the courts imposed prison sentences. However, only two people were actually sent to prison to serve their sentences. They received 5 and 8 years behind bars.
Another 12 convicts were granted probation. One received a 2-year sentence of restricted freedom, and three others were fined between 51,000 and 68,000 hryvnias.
Another interesting point: more than half of all the sentences were handed down by courts in the Dnipropetrovsk region—as many as 10 out of 18. And this year, there have already been 5 such sentences—the same number as there were in all of 2024.
