The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the new leadership of the National Agency for Civil Service
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved personnel changes at the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service. Oleg Voitovich will assume the duties of First Deputy Head of the NAUCS effective June 2, 2026.
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved personnel decisions regarding the leadership of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service (NAUCS).
According to Government Order No. 516-r of May 30, Nataliia Alyushina was dismissed from her position as Head of the NAPS effective June 1, 2026, due to the expiration of her term of office. The basis for the dismissal was a provision of the Law of Ukraine “On the Civil Service,” which provides for the termination of powers upon the expiration of the specified term of office.
At the same time, by another decree No. 519-r, the Cabinet of Ministers appointed Oleg Voitovich as First Deputy Head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service. He will assume his duties on June 2, 2026.
Voytovych has been appointed for a five-year term, taking into account the time of his previous appointment to the position in accordance with the government decree of December 13, 2024. The official’s remuneration will be paid in accordance with current legislation.
Both decisions were signed by Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.
