The Cabinet of Ministers has removed transformers from the list of goods eligible for preferential import
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has removed transformers from the list of goods that may be imported into Ukraine duty- and VAT-free as part of the funding for the Energy Community Secretariat.
This is evidenced by Government Resolution No. 327 of March 12, 2026.
Specifically, the commodity code 8504, which covers electrical transformers, static converters, inductors, and chokes, has been removed from the list.
The corresponding changes have been made to the list of goods eligible for preferential import under international financing.
The resolution took effect on the date of its publication.
