Dmytro Kuleba and Svitlana Pavletska officially registered their marriage online
Former Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba and publisher Svitlana Paveletska have officially tied the knot. The couple got married online via the "Diya" service and decided to forego a lavish wedding.
Kuleba announced the happy news on his Instagram by posting a family video.
In the footage, the politician appeared in a white embroidered shirt alongside his new wife, who was wearing a white cocktail dress.

The video also features Dmytro Kuleba’s daughter from his first marriage, Lyuba, Svitlana Pavletska’s son Oleksandr, and the family’s four pets.

“No one can break us. Seek each other out, love one another, and stay together. Because life is love. I love you. Yours,” Dmytro Kuleba captioned the video.

The couple had been in a relationship for a long time, but they only decided to officially tie the knot now. The news quickly sparked a wave of congratulations on social media from the couple’s friends, colleagues, and followers.
After a prolonged period of decline, Ukraine has seen a new wave of marriage registrations. In 2025, the number of new families increased by 10%, while the number of divorces decreased by 12%.
