Dnipro Mayor Boris Filatov purchased a house and land in the Carpathians
Dnipro Mayor Boris Filatov declared a residential house and a plot of land in the Chernivtsi region. The property is located in the village of Dolishniy Shepit in the Vyzhnytsia district.
Filatov submitted amendments to his declaration on September 4, 2026. According to data from the National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NAZK), he acquired ownership of the 27.2-square-meter house and the 1,400-square-meter plot of land on August 28, 2026. The value of the property as of the date of acquisition was 870,000 hryvnias.
The house has an area of 27.2 m². Its declared value is 400,000 hryvnias. The land plot has an area of 1,400 m² and is valued at 470,000 hryvnias according to the documents. Both properties are located in a mountainous area in the village of Dolishniy Shepit, Vyzhnytsia District, in Bukovina.
ZAXID.NET attempted to obtain a comment from Boris Filatov. At first, he declined to make any official comments, but later added that he would be able to comment on the matter of this real estate in six months.

In his 2025 financial disclosure statement, the mayor of Dnipro listed other real estate properties, income, and funds owned by him and his wife, Marina Filatova. Additionally, according to the document, he owns shares in the companies “Ternopiloblenergo,” “Lvivoblenergo,” “Poltavaoblenergo,” and “Chernihivoblenergo.”
Boris Filatov owns an apartment of nearly 300 m², a house with an area of over 1,000 m², a non-residential property in Dnipro, two plots of land in the town of Pidhorodne in the region, as well as one-third of ten parking spaces. In addition, he leases a plot of land in Crimea and owns a non-residential building there. His wife, Marina Filatova, owns two apartments in Dnipro and Kyiv, a parking space in the capital, two non-residential properties in Dnipro, a house and three plots of land in Orlivshchyna in the Dnipropetrovsk region, as well as a one-third share in a vacation resort in Pidhorodne. In addition, she rented an apartment in Milan throughout 2025.
The mayor of Dnipro owns five cars and two motorcycles. These include a Jaguar XJS Convert, a Mercedes S600L, a Mercedes-Benz 200, a Dodge RAM, and a RAF 22031, as well as a Triumph Scrambler and a Harley-Davidson Cvose Street motorcycle. He also declared a sailboat/motorboat and a jet ski. The mayor’s wife owns two additional cars: a Porsche Panamera and a Porsche Carrera 911.
Other assets include five watches from renowned brands: Breguet, Cartier, Officine Panerai, Audemars Piguet, and Atmos. Separately, Boris Filatov declared a collection of Japanese art worth over 50 million hryvnias, two collectible cars, and one motorcycle with a sidecar.
According to the declaration, Boris Filatov’s annual salary amounts to nearly 393,000 UAH. He also receives a salary for his part-time work as a lecturer at the University of Customs Affairs—nearly 77,000 UAH annually. The mayor of Dnipro declared 130,000 hryvnias and 424,000 dollars in cash, with an additional nearly 3 million hryvnias and 142,000 dollars in bank accounts. His income from renting out property amounts to 540,000 hryvnias.
His wife, Marina Filatova, declared nearly 1.8 million hryvnias in income from business activities abroad, as well as 825,600 hryvnias and 58,000 euros in bank accounts, and 55,000 hryvnias and 13,000 dollars in cash.
In addition, the 2025 tax return states that Dmytro Filatov gifted nearly 25 million hryvnias to someone.

The National Agency for Corruption Prevention (NAZK) found violations in 100% of the officials’ declarations it reviewed.
