Mindich has filed a new lawsuit against Zelenskyy over the NSDC sanctions

Timur Mindich has filed another lawsuit, this time not against a journalist, but against Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. According to available information, he is challenging the decree imposing sanctions on certain individuals.

This was reported by Ukrainian MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak on Telegram.

According to Mindich, the decision on sanctions is the subject of a legal challenge, and he insists on the need for its review.

At this time, there are no official comments regarding the substance of the lawsuit or its procedural prospects.

As a reminder, sanctions imposed by the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) and the President of Ukraine against a number of Ukrainian citizens remain in effect

Former Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Bohdan was sanctioned in 2026 as part of NSDC decisions regarding individuals suspected of posing a threat to national security and political risks.

Former People’s Deputy Viktor Medvedchuk is under sanctions for pro-Russian activities, cooperation with the Russian Federation, and participation in subversive information and political networks.

Several cases involving lawsuits filed by Kremlin-linked former MP Viktor Medvedchuk are pending in the Supreme Court, but no decisions have been made on them yet.

Medvedchuk’s former partner, Taras Kozak, remains under sanctions for his involvement in media structures and channels considered instruments of Russian influence.

The court seized a new batch of assets belonging to the company “Betonbud,” which its owners—the brothers of former MPs Viktor Medvedchuk and Taras Kozak—had concealed from tax authorities. The assets were transferred to the National Agency for Asset Recovery (ARMA).

People’s Deputy Oleksandr Dubinsky is under sanctions due to suspicions of cooperation with Russian influence structures and information operations.

Based on materials from the Security Service and the State Bureau of Investigations, the current Ukrainian MP has been charged with treason.

The State Bureau of Investigations stated that MP Oleksandr Dubinsky, who is suspected of forging official documents to travel abroad, will face trial. He was charged in August 2023.

Blogger Anatoliy Shariy is under sanctions for spreading pro-Russian narratives and participating in Russian information campaigns.

However, during questioning in a Spanish court, pro-Russian blogger Anatoliy Shariy, who is suspected of treason, called Russian dictator Vladimir Putin a criminal and described himself as a “patriot of Ukraine.”
