On July 31, an emergency occurred at a training ground belonging to a military unit in the Khmelnytskyi region, resulting in an explosion followed by a secondary detonation.
The Special Operations Forces reported that the circumstances and causes of the incident are currently being investigated. Relevant services are working at the scene, and initial measures to address the consequences are underway.

In Khmelnytskyi, following a series of explosions that occurred on July 31, the routes of bus lines No. 18 and No. 30 were temporarily rerouted. The restrictions were implemented due to the situation that arose after the emergency.
On the afternoon of July 31, a series of powerful explosions rocked Khmelnytskyi without an air raid alert being issued. According to eyewitnesses, at least five explosions were heard in the city.
