Queues have formed at the border with Poland, and border crossings are overwhelmed

A traffic backlog has been reported at the Ukrainian-Polish border for vehicles entering Ukraine. The most congested checkpoints are “Krakivets,” where 100 cars and 10 buses are waiting, and “Shehyni,” with a line of 80 passenger cars

At the same time, other border crossings—including “Ugryniv,” “Rava-Ruska,” “Hrushiv,” “Smilnytsia,” and “Nyzhankovychi”—remain open for entry.

The situation for those leaving Ukraine is much calmer: there are only minor lines at “Ugryniv” (20 cars), as well as at “Hrushiv” and “Nyzhankovychi” (10 cars each). Border guards advise travelers to choose less congested routes and cross the border in the morning or late evening.
