In the Luhansk region, the transfer of electronic warfare equipment and drone gear to the occupying forces was uncovered
In the Luhansk region, law enforcement officials exposed two Ukrainian citizens who, following the occupation of Sievierodonetsk, according to the investigation, continued to conduct business in the occupied territory and used the resources of companies under their control to support Russian military forces, finance the “United Russia” party, and spread Russian propaganda.
One of the suspects is a co-founder of the companies, and the other is their CEO. The companies provided transportation services and managed real estate in the temporarily occupied territory.
In October 2025, a vehicle, an electronic warfare device, drone equipment, construction tools, and other property were transferred to the Russian military.
In particular, an “Incubator” electronic warfare device worth 430,000 Russian rubles was transferred free of charge to one of the units of the Russian Armed Forces. The contract specified that the device would be used during the so-called “special military operation.”
In addition, drop systems for the DJI Mavic 3 were purchased with funds from these companies and transferred to representatives of the aggressor state. After receiving the equipment, the Russian military unit sent a letter of thanks to the company for its assistance to the servicemen.
Furthermore, 100,000 Russian rubles were transferred from the account of one of the companies to the Moscow Regional Branch of the “United Russia” party.
According to the investigation, the CEO allowed a banner to be displayed on the company’s premises for “Russia Day,” calling on people to be “worthy citizens of the Russian Federation.”
During the searches, law enforcement officers seized $36,000, 900 euros, 21 gold items weighing a total of 173 grams, two gold bars weighing a total of 110 grams, a watch, and cell phones.
The co-founder of the companies was detained. He was notified that he is suspected of aiding an aggressor state under Part 5 of Article 27 and Part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The issue of imposing a preventive measure in the form of pretrial detention is currently being decided.
The CEO, who is currently in the temporarily occupied territory, was notified of the charges in absentia.
Law enforcement officials are identifying other individuals who may be involved in this activity.
In accordance with Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent until proven guilty by a court verdict.

Previously, representatives of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) were served with charges in connection with a shooting in Kyiv.
Earlier, information about a possible shooting in Kyiv had circulated on social media. According to eyewitness reports, law enforcement officers were seen at the scene of the incident.
