Naftogaz uncovered a scheme to steal gas from a pipeline in the Kharkiv region
Specialists from the “Naftogazbezpeky” division and the company “Ukrgazvydobuvannya,” in collaboration with law enforcement agencies, uncovered and shut down a large-scale scheme involving the theft of gas condensate in the Kharkiv region. During the special operation, approximately 1,300 liters of stolen raw material were seized; the theft was carried out via an illegal tap into the pipeline and more than 10.6 kilometers of plastic hoses.
To collect and store the raw material, the perpetrators buried two special containers in a forest strip. Protecting critical infrastructure and countering such illegal tap-offs remain a priority for the Naftogaz Group.

Naftogaz management may be allowed to receive bonuses of up to 36 times their base salary per year. This provision is included in a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers prepared by the Ministry of Economy.
Recently, NJSC “Naftogaz of Ukraine” purchased massage oil, sports cream, and heartburn medication. The total cost of the four items was 1,049.64 UAH.
