The new manager of Morshynska announced a full audit of the company's assets

Prioritas Law Firm, LLC, which ARMA has selected as the winner of the competition to appoint an administrator for the seized corporate rights of IDS Ukraine, plans to immediately begin a full audit of the group. 

According to him, the new administrator’s top priority will be to conduct a comprehensive audit of the group’s assets.

“As an independent administrator, we plan to begin by conducting an in-depth audit of the group. Our goal is to ensure the transition from the formal seizure of corporate rights to the state’s actual economic control over the assets,” Herman stated.

He explained that this involves, in particular, oversight of corporate decisions and financial flows, as well as preserving production, jobs, and the market value of the companies.

A separate task, according to the Prioritas representative, will be to prevent the diversion of resources and ensure that revenues flow to Ukraine.

Once the required procedures are completed and the agreement is signed, the “Prioritas” team plans to develop an asset management strategy based on the audit results.

“The task of an independent administrator is to protect national interests. They must work for the benefit of the Ukrainian economy, the preservation of jobs, and the replenishment of the state budget,” Herman emphasized.

The Prioritas representative also spoke about his professional experience. According to him, he has over 14 years of management experience in the production of drinking water and non-alcoholic beverages.

Over the years, Herman has served as chairman of the board and CEO of the Kyiv-based “Rosinka” soft drink plant.

As part of the “Prioritas” team, Serhiy Herman will be responsible for business strategy, product line development, and preparing decisions regarding the technological modernization of production.

He also noted that his colleague Zhanna Yefremova has many years of experience in corporate law and asset management.

“Combining legal expertise with practical experience in the industry allows us to build a transparent and effective management model,” Herman stated.

Serhiy Herman also stated that a possible international lawsuit filed against Ukraine should not affect the new administrator’s plans.

According to him, the issue of ownership of the asset does not fall within the jurisdiction of “Prioritas.”

“If such proceedings are initiated, given that the assets are currently controlled by the state, it is the state that will decide their future,” Herman said.

At the same time, he added that “Prioritas” is counting on the state’s ability to prove the legality and validity of the seizure and transfer of corporate rights to management.

On September 21, 2026, the Commission for the Appointment of Administrators of Complex Assets under ARMA selected “Prioritas Law Firm” LLC as the winner of the selection procedure for the administrator of the corporate rights of the IDS Ukraine group.

The group includes companies that manufacture products under the “Morshynska,” “Mirgorodska,” “Alaska,” and other trademarks.

The new manager has committed to paying the state dividend income of at least 1 billion hryvnia per year, excluding the manager’s compensation.

In addition, “Prioritas” must invest retained earnings from previous periods in government securities. The expected amount of such investments is 2.5 billion UAH.

The final amount of investments is to be determined following an audit.

At the same time, the expected level of tax payments must remain no lower than the current level.

This was stated by Serhiy Herman, a representative of “Prioritas.”

On September 23, the ARMA commission appointed a manager for the corporate rights of the IDS Ukraine group, which includes the “Morshynska” and “Mirgorodska” brands. The law firm “Prioritas” won the tender.

Previously, ARMA had rejected the winning bidder for the management of “Morshynska.”

ARMA explains that transferring seized assets into management is necessary to ensure they do not lose their value and can operate in the interests of the state. In the case of “Mozart,” the goal is to maintain the operation of the existing hotel and restaurant complex and generate revenue from its activities. This was reported by ARMA’s press service. 

ARMA has announced tenders to select managers for several seized assets. Among them is the property of Betonbud LLC, which, according to the agency, is linked to former People’s Deputy Viktor Medvedchuk. They are also seeking managers for seized railroad cars and flatcars.
