In 2023, a resident of Khmelnytskyi received $139,771 in income from the British company Fenix International Ltd for creating content for OnlyFans.

The Khmelnytskyi District Administrative Court ordered the 23-year-old woman to pay 649,688.75 hryvnias in tax debt. The amount includes taxes and penalties on the income she earned in 2023 from creating content for the OnlyFans platform.

Background

As stated in the court’s ruling dated September 9, the lawsuit against the Khmelnytskyi resident was filed by the Main Directorate of the State Tax Service in the Khmelnytskyi region. According to tax authorities, in 2023 the woman received $139,771 in income from the British company Fenix International Ltd.

Following an audit, the State Tax Service assessed the woman for personal income tax, a military levy, and penalties. The total tax debt amounted to 649,688.75 hryvnias.

The Khmelnytskyi resident disputed the charges and filed a counterclaim seeking to have them dismissed.

The Court’s Ruling

The judge granted the tax service’s claim and ordered the woman to pay the specified amount of the debt. The court dismissed her counterclaim.
