Poland and Germany Could Help Ukraine with Patriot Missiles, Says Zelenskyy
Poland and Germany have the ability to provide Ukraine with interceptor missiles for the Patriot air defense systems.
The president emphasized that European partners also have the necessary interceptor missiles that could strengthen Ukraine’s air defense.
“The second issue is Europe. Who has them (interceptor missiles—ed.)? The Germans have them, the Poles have them. These are the ones who can really help. With all due respect and gratitude to the German side—they have indeed helped, and Poland has helped—but we’re talking about who can provide them. I’m telling you this frankly,” Zelenskyy noted.
According to the president, the supply of additional interceptor missiles is one of the key areas for strengthening Ukraine’s air defense in the face of Russian missile and drone attacks.
