The Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office is seeking the arrest of Andriy Yermak with bail set at ₴180 million
The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office announced that it will ask the court to impose a preventive measure in the form of pretrial detention on Andriy Yermak, the former head of the Office of the President, with the alternative of posting bail in the amount of 180 million hryvnias.
This was announced during a briefing by SAPO Head Oleksandr Klymenko.
“The prosecutor’s office will request a pretrial detention measure with the alternative of posting bail in the amount of 180 million hryvnias,” Klymenko noted.
Attorney Ihor Fomin officially stated that the charges brought against former Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak are groundless.
Former Head of the Office of the President Andriy Yermak attributes the charges brought against him to “public pressure on law enforcement agencies” to adopt specific procedural decisions regarding him.
