The SBU detained an FSB spotter who was guiding missiles toward Kyiv
The Security Service of Ukraine detained a local construction worker recruited by the FSB who was coordinating massive rocket and drone strikes on logistics centers, warehouses, and military facilities in the Kyiv region.
The suspect, who had previously been convicted of drug-related crimes, recorded the coordinates and results of previous attacks to pass on to his Russian handler.
The agent identified potential targets while surveying the area with GPS navigation enabled, marking the coordinates of facilities and checkpoints on Google Maps. Special service officers apprehended the repeat offender hot on his trail at the home of his acquaintances immediately after another reconnaissance mission.
