Bail has been set for patrol officers Mykhailo Drobnytskyi and Anna Dudina, who are suspected of professional negligence in connection with a shooting in Kyiv.
This was reported by the Kyiv City Prosecutor’s Office.
The bail was set on April 22. The amount is 266,000 hryvnias for each of the suspects.
The law enforcement officers are suspected of improper performance of their official duties, which led to serious consequences during the incident in the capital.

The attack took place on Saturday, April 18, when 58-year-old Dmytro Vasylchenkov opened fire on passersby on Demiivska Street, after which he took hostages at the “Velmart” supermarket. Six people were killed in the attack, and about 15 others were injured to varying degrees.
Earlier, a video appeared online showing police officers fleeing from the shooter during the terrorist attack in Kyiv on April 18, leaving civilians behind, including a child.
