Fuel prices in Ukraine on April 15: Diesel prices rise, gasoline prices remain stable
As of April 15, 2026, Ukraine’s largest gas station chains have updated their fuel prices. The price of A-95 gasoline remains stable, while diesel fuel is once again on the rise.
The average price of A-95 gasoline at major gas stations is about 74.05 hryvnia per liter.
At the same time, diesel has risen to 92.03 hryvnia per liter.
The increase in diesel prices has been recorded at a number of major gas station chains, including Okko, Socar, Ukrnafta, and BRSM-Nafta. The highest prices for gasoline and diesel are offered by the Okko, WOG, and Socar chains. Meanwhile, the most affordable fuel can be found at Ukrnafta and BRSM-Nafta gas stations.
Since March 20, Ukraine has been running the “National Cashback” program, which allows for partial reimbursement of fuel costs. Participants can receive:
- 15% cashback on diesel fuel;
- 10% on gasoline;
- 5% on autogas.
Thanks to the program, you can save up to 11 hryvnias per liter of diesel, about 7 hryvnias on gasoline, and up to 2 hryvnias on autogas. The maximum reimbursement amount is up to 1,000 hryvnias per person per month.
The program will run until May 1, 2026, and covers gas stations that have joined the initiative.
Oleksiy Sobolev, Head of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, noted that the launch of the fuel cashback program does not affect funding for defense needs but helps support citizens amid rising prices.
As a reminder, as of April 14, 2026, leading gas station chains in Ukraine also updated their price tags, reflecting another increase in diesel fuel prices.
