In Dnipro, a man was fined for assaulting a representative of the TCC
The Industrial District Court of Dnipro found a man guilty of assaulting a representative of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center and fined him 1,700 hryvnias.
This is stated in the court’s decision.
The incident occurred on March 13, 2026, during a document check. Police officers stopped a vehicle; representatives of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center were with them.
A conflict arose during the interaction between the driver and a representative of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Center, during which the defendant struck the victim once with his fist in the area of the nose.
As a result of the blow, the man sustained a closed fracture of the nasal bones, an abrasion, and a bruise under his eye. A forensic medical examination confirmed that the injuries were consistent with being struck by a blunt, hard object, specifically a hand.
The court classified the defendant’s actions under Part 2 of Article 125 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine as intentional minor bodily injury resulting in temporary health impairment.
The case was heard under a simplified procedure without a court hearing, as the defendant fully admitted his guilt and agreed with the facts of the case. The victim also did not object to this procedure.
The court took into account that the man had no prior convictions, has a minor child, and sincerely repented, as well as the absence of aggravating circumstances. As a result, the court concluded that rehabilitation was possible without a more severe punishment and imposed a fine of 100 non-taxable minimum incomes.
The verdict may be appealed in accordance with the procedure established by law within 30 days.
