In Poltava, a drone destroyed the home of a "MasterChef" contestant

On April 1, Russian invaders launched a drone strike on Poltava, injuring six people, including three children. Among the affected households was the home of the well-known blogging couple Dasha Yevtukh and Oleksandr Glazov.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the enemy attack destroyed outbuildings, damaged residential homes in the private sector, and damaged passenger cars.

The windows were shattered and the ceiling damaged in the celebrity couple’s home. Dasha Yevtukh, who gained fame through the show “MasterChef” and her blog about rural life, reported that all family members survived. Her husband, Oleksandr Glazov, a member of the Poltava Regional Council who has also participated in culinary TV projects, confirmed significant property damage by posting footage from the scene.

State Emergency Service units and law enforcement officers are working at the site of the strike, documenting the consequences of yet another Russian war crime against the civilian population. The Poltava community is providing assistance to those affected, whose homes were damaged during a massive daytime drone attack. Despite significant material losses, the owners of the destroyed homes are urging citizens not to ignore air raid sirens and to ensure the safety of their loved ones. Currently, debris is being cleared and the scope of necessary restoration work is being assessed.
