"Reserve+" has resumed processing payment deferrals
It is once again possible to apply for deferments related to disability through the “Reserve+” app. This applies to cases where the disability affects the conscript himself, his child, or his parents. The service has resumed following the completion of technical work on the Ministry of Social Policy’s systems.
The “Reserve+” app has resumed processing certain deferrals. Users can now once again apply for a deferral if it is related to a disability. The temporary restrictions were caused by technical work on the Ministry of Social Policy’s systems. This work has now been completed, so the service is operational again. “Technical work on the Ministry of Social Policy’s systems has been completed. In ‘Reserve+,’ you can once again apply for a deferment related to a disability—your own, your children’s, or your parents’,” the Ministry of Defense reported.
Thus, through the app, you can once again apply for a deferment in three main cases:
- if the person subject to military service has a disability;
- if his or her child has a disability;
- if one of the parents has a disability.
Previously, applying for such deferrals was temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance. Once the maintenance was completed, the service was restored to “Reserve+.” Users who have valid grounds for a deferral can now apply for it through the app again. At the same time, the actual possibility of obtaining a deferment depends on the availability of verified data in state registries. “Reserve+” is used to obtain and update military registration information, as well as to access a range of services for those subject to military service.
If the grounds for deferment are confirmed automatically, the user can apply for it without having to visit a regional recruitment center in person. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
