A man was found dead at the TCC in Ternopil; police are investigating a possible suicide
The body of a 46-year-old man was found inside one of the regional recruitment centers in Ternopil.
This was reported by the Ternopil Regional Police.
According to law enforcement officials, a report of the incident was received on May 23 by the Ternopil District Police Department. The man’s body was found in the restroom of the recruitment center.
The deceased was a resident of Ternopil. Police noted that he had been brought to the regional recruitment center that same day to verify his military registration information.
According to preliminary findings of the investigation, the man may have committed suicide using a firearm.
A criminal case has been opened regarding this incident under the article on intentional homicide with the additional notation “suicide.” Law enforcement officials are currently establishing all the circumstances of the incident.
