Only two cars carrying groceries were able to enter the blockaded town of Oleshky
After a two-week hiatus, only two vehicles carrying goods for sale were able to reach the temporarily occupied town of Oleshky in the Kherson region.
This was reported by Tetyana Hasanenko, head of the Oleshky City Military Administration.
According to her, this is not humanitarian aid, but private entrepreneurs selling goods. At the same time, most local residents do not have the funds to purchase them, and access to cash is limited—they must travel to Skadovsk to obtain it.
Gasanenko noted that there are approximately 1,700 to 2,000 adults and 47 children remaining in the city, though the exact number is difficult to determine.
She emphasized that two trucks of food are critically insufficient to provide for the population.
The official also reported on the dire humanitarian situation: the bodies of the deceased remain on the streets, with no one to remove them.
According to her, international organizations, including representatives of the Red Cross, have expressed interest in the situation, but, in her opinion, they do not fully grasp the scale of the problems.
Gasanenko stressed that the situation in the community remains dangerous due to its proximity to the front lines.
In Kherson, a Russian drone attacked the Korabelny district. A 57-year-old man was injured and hospitalized. Doctors assess his condition as moderate.
