Ukrenergo does not anticipate any power outages on July 25
On Saturday, July 25, Ukraine does not plan to impose electricity consumption restrictions. The National Electricity System Operator “Ukrenergo” reported that the situation in the power grid allows for the day to proceed without scheduled power outages. At the same time, Ukrainians are urged not to increase the load on the grid and to use electricity wisely.
NPC Ukrenergo stated that no measures to restrict electricity consumption will be implemented on July 25. “Tomorrow, on Saturday, there are no plans to implement restriction measures,” the company said.
This means that no hourly power outage schedules or other restrictions for consumers are planned for the day. At the same time, the energy company reminded the public that the situation in the power grid may change depending on consumption levels, weather conditions, and possible new damage to energy infrastructure.
Despite the absence of restrictions, Ukrenergo is asking consumers to use electricity responsibly. The company advises postponing the use of high-power electrical appliances to the hours between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. It is during this period that solar power generation is typically operational, helping to cover part of the power grid’s needs.
Ukrainians are asked not to turn on many energy-intensive devices at the same time during peak load hours. This includes, in particular, water heaters, washing machines, electric heaters, and other appliances that consume a lot of electricity. Using electricity wisely helps reduce the load on the grid and maintain the stable operation of the power system. NEC "Ukrenergo" announced this on Facebook.
