Ukrposhta has announced new rates for document delivery

Ukrposhta has announced new rates for document delivery

The national postal operator has introduced a new rate structure for the delivery of important legal and personal documents, making the services nearly half the price.

The company’s CEO, Ihor Smilianskyi, announced the update to the product line, emphasizing the affordability and convenience of the new solutions.

For customers who need fast delivery to a post office without unnecessary formalities, the “Ukrposhta Document” service has been launched.

The cost of such a shipment within Ukraine is 55 UAH, which is a significantly more advantageous offer compared to the prices of private competitors.

“Ukrposhta has made its new products nearly half the price and more convenient—tailored to any need,” the company’s CEO emphasized.

In particular, for especially important documents, the “Letter with Description of Contents” service has been updated, with its price dropping from 126 UAH to 72 UAH.

This service includes personal courier delivery and mandatory verification of the envelope’s contents and the recipient’s identity.

Pricing has become as transparent as possible: the base rate per weight starts at 48 UAH, and the fee for the contents description depends on the method of registration.

If a customer registers the shipment online, the description service will cost 24 UAH, while at a branch it will cost 48 UAH.

The same logic applies to delivery notifications: the electronic version costs 24 UAH, while the traditional paper version costs 48 UAH.

An important advantage of the new rates is that they include insurance coverage of up to 500 UAH and free SMS notifications.

If needed, customers can increase the insurance limit to 5,000 UAH by paying an additional 24 UAH, providing extra peace of mind regarding the safety of their documents.
