Ukrposhta has decided to give Ukrainians a New Year's gift
On September 30, JSC “Ukrposhta” decided not to adjust its parcel delivery rates until the end of 2026. In this way, the operator is giving its customers a holiday gift, as the fourth quarter is the peak shopping season.
This was announced by the company’s CEO, Ihor Smiliansky.
The CEO noted that keeping service rates unchanged is intended to support Ukrainian entrepreneurs, whose warehouses and stores have suffered damage from shelling, as well as customers during the peak sales period leading up to Black Friday and the New Year holidays. In addition, the postal operator has simplified the process of signing contracts for businesses, allowing them to sign a contract for postal services online in less than three minutes without submitting any paper documents.

“Ukrposhta” plans to launch delivery to parcel lockers and payment for parcels directly through them.
Earlier, Ukrposhta announced delivery times for parcels despite the shelling.
Ukrposhta will deliver marriage certificates to a number of countries.
As a reminder, Ukrposhta continues to install in-branch parcel lockers at its offices. They are currently operational in 15 regions of Ukraine and allow most customers to receive packages without waiting in the general line.
Ukrposhta has suspended operations at its last brick-and-mortar branch in the frontline town of Druzhkivka in Donetsk Oblast due to constant Russian shelling and the threat to employees and local residents.
