Ukrzaliznytsia has changed the schedule for commuter trains in Fastiv due to repairs
From June 13 to 15, 2026, commuter train service from Fastiv toward Koziatyn and Myronivka will undergo significant changes due to scheduled maintenance work on the railway infrastructure.
The national carrier notes that some commuter trains will not run at all during this period, but key morning and evening services that transport passengers to and from Kyiv will remain in operation.
To minimize inconvenience and ensure sufficient capacity on the remaining routes, the number of cars on electric trains will be increased to ten instead of the usual six to eight. Railway officials will also organize special shuttle services on the Kyiv–Motovylivka and Koziatyn–Kozhanka sections, which will run without stopping at the Fastiv station. To ensure passengers can reach their destinations without disruption, replacement buses will operate on the section between Motovylivka and Fastiv, providing transportation for passengers in place of the canceled trains.
As for long-distance trains, their schedules remain unchanged. Passenger trains will run on their usual routes; however, due to track work, minor delays are possible, and the railway company promises to promptly provide updates on its official channels and directly at train stations.
