In Odesa, a court remanded a 46-year-old local resident into custody on suspicion of treason for allegedly passing information about the locations of Ukrainian military facilities and air defense systems to representatives of the Russian Federation.

According to the Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, between February and March 2026, the man allegedly communicated with an enemy agent via Telegram and transmitted images of the area from Google Maps with precise geographic coordinates.
