Partly cloudy skies with no precipitation are expected in Ukraine on March 22

Forecasters predict daytime temperatures of 8–13 degrees Celsius in most regions of the country, while in the Carpathians, temperatures will range from 3 degrees below zero to 2 degrees Celsius. 

According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, the wind will be northeasterly at 7–12 m/s, though gusts of up to 15–20 m/s are possible in Crimea and the Azov region. Dry weather will also persist in Kyiv and the surrounding region, with daytime temperatures in the capital ranging from 10–12 degrees Celsius.

Despite the daytime warmth, experts warn of possible nighttime frosts, which remain typical for this period of spring amid Russia’s aggression against energy infrastructure. The absence of precipitation will facilitate restoration work on power grids following recent emergencies in the capital. Overall, weather conditions on Sunday will be favorable for stabilizing the power grid and the work of utility services in frontline and rear areas. Road conditions remain safe, but drivers in mountainous areas are advised to be mindful of sub-zero temperatures.
