A new attack drone called "Behemoth," capable of striking targets at a range of up to 300 kilometers, was unveiled in Ukraine.
This was announced by developers from GLEFA and Culver Aerospace.
The "Behemoth" belongs to the class of middle-range strike drones and is designed for strikes at short and medium ranges. In appearance, it resembles Iranian Shahed-type drones.
The drone has a wingspan of 2.28 meters, a length of 2.2 meters, and a height of 0.5 meters.
The drone is equipped with two warheads: a 40-kilogram high-explosive fragmentation warhead in the nose and a 35-kilogram thermobaric warhead.
The developers state that the “Behemoth” has already entered serial production and is being used by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
The drone supports autonomous, semi-automatic, and FPV control modes, and can fly at low altitudes, making it difficult for air defense systems to detect.
Recently, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine certified and approved for use by the Armed Forces of Ukraine three fiber-optic FPV systems manufactured by enterprises of JSC “Ukrainian Defense Industry.”
Earlier, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine approved the Shablya MK19(M) remotely controlled combat module for use by the troops. It is equipped with an MK19 40mm automatic grenade launcher.
