A large-scale operation producing counterfeit Gucci, Versace, and Armani goods worth over 50 million hryvnia was uncovered in Ukraine
Border guards, together with BEB detectives and under the procedural supervision of the Office of the Prosecutor General, exposed the organizer of the illegal production and sale of clothing and footwear bearing the logos of well-known brands.
According to the investigation, between 2024 and 2026, he established a full cycle of illegal production in rented warehouse facilities in Mykolaiv. More than 60,000 units of finished products were also stored there.
The counterfeit goods were sold in wholesale and retail batches through retail outlets in various regions of Ukraine, including the “7 km” market in the Odesa region.

A case involving the production of counterfeit goods worth over 50 million hryvnias in Kryvyi Rih has been referred to court.
As a reminder, Oleksiy Shevchuk, head of the National Association of Lobbyists, called for transparency regarding influence on legislative initiatives.
The High Qualification Commission of Advocates suspended the disciplinary sanction against attorney Shevchuk, and the work of the High Council of Justice has been unblocked.
