Kropiva's driver was released from pretrial detention on bail of 3 million hryvnias in the Carthage case
Serhiy Kutsiy, the driver of Serhiy Kropiva—a defendant in the “Carthage” case—was released on bail of 3 million hryvnias.
After posting bail, Kutsiy, through his defense attorney, withdrew his appeal, and the Appeals Chamber accepted the withdrawal. The suspect was ordered to appear when summoned by a detective, a prosecutor, or a court, report any change of residence or employment, surrender his foreign passports, wear an electronic ankle monitor, and refrain from communicating with Serhiy Kropiva, Yelyzaveta Ivakhnenko, and other individuals.

As a reminder, Kropiva, a key figure in the “Carthage” case, remains in his position.
The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court considered an appeal against the pretrial restraint measure imposed on Serhiy Kropiva, the former deputy head of one of the departments of the Prosecutor General’s Office, who is a defendant in the “Carthage” case.
