A bail of 7 million hryvnias was posted on behalf of Dubovyk, an official at the Presidential Office, in connection with the Forest Gump case
The full amount of bail—7 million hryvnias—was posted on behalf of Viktor Dubovyk, Director General of the Directorate for Legal Policy at the Office of the President. Previously, the High Anti-Corruption Court had ordered him to be detained with the option of bail in a case related to the “Forest Gump” and “Themis” operations.
This was reported by Kateryna Shipilova, a spokesperson for the High Anti-Corruption Court.
“The full amount of bail has been posted for Dubovyk,” she told Ukrinform.
As a reminder, on August 21, the High Anti-Corruption Court imposed a preventive measure on Valentin Yelizarov, the head of PJSC “Metrobud.” He was remanded in custody until October 18, with the alternative of posting bail in the amount of 20 million hryvnias.
Iryna Mudra, the former deputy head of the Office of the President, has been detained. She is currently at the NABU, where investigative proceedings are ongoing.
NABU has published the full transcript of the wiretaps in the Forest Gump case.
