Zelenskyy Discussed Cooperation on Drones with a Saudi Arabian Prince
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a telephone conversation with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, during which the two sides discussed the development of security cooperation.
According to the head of state, special attention was paid to next steps within the framework of the Drone Deal between Ukraine and Saudi Arabia. They also discussed opportunities to strengthen cooperation in the field of food security and coordinated further contacts.
“There are areas in which Ukraine and Saudi Arabia can strengthen each other’s capabilities to protect lives and people,” Zelenskyy noted.
The president also reported that the Crown Prince had briefed him on Saudi Arabia’s agreements with Turkey and Pakistan and the prospects for further cooperation.
