Trains Are Being Delayed on a Massive Scale in Ukraine Due to Russian Shelling: Schedule
More than 20 passenger trains are delayed in Ukraine, with the longest delay currently standing at nearly 12 hours. Train No. 109/110 from Mykolaiv Passenger Station to Lviv is the farthest behind schedule.
As of now, Train No. 109/110 from Mykolaiv Passenger Station to Lviv is the most delayed. It is currently 11 hours and 59 minutes behind schedule.
The following trains are also significantly behind schedule:
- No. 31/32 Zaporizhzhia-1 — Przemyśl Główny — 4 hours 51 minutes;
- No. 3/4 Dnipro-Main Station — Uzhhorod — 4 hours 51 minutes;
- No. 121/122 Kyiv-Passenger Station — Mykolaiv — 4 hours 40 minutes;
- No. 7/8 Odesa-Main Station — Kharkiv-Passenger Station — 3 hours 29 minutes;
- No. 43/44 Dnipro-Main Station — Ivano-Frankivsk — 3 hours 20 minutes;
- No. 15/16 Kharkiv-Passenger — Chernivtsi — 2 hours 56 minutes.
In total, more than 20 trains are running behind schedule.
Despite significant delays, Ukrzaliznytsia’s service indicates that the estimated arrival times for most of these trains remain highly reliable.
At the same time, no official reason for the widespread delays has been given yet.
Such large-scale delays in Ukrainian rail transport are often linked to security restrictions due to Russian attacks.
Russian troops continue to use attack drones, particularly to target railway infrastructure. Due to this threat, train operators may be forced to reduce speed, change routes, or make unscheduled stops while the train is in motion.
Therefore, passengers should monitor the current status of their train and the estimated time of arrival, as the situation on the railways can change rapidly.

In the Sumy region, Russian troops carried out a series of strikes on civilian targets. As a result of the attacks, an 83-year-old woman was killed, and at least 16 other people were injured.
As a reminder, fires broke out at industrial facilities in Kyiv Oblast due to an attack by the Russian Federation.
Russia also launched a massive attack on Kyiv, killing and wounding civilians.
Later, rescue workers showed the aftermath of the strikes on Kyiv.
