Long-range strikes alone cannot win a war – Budanov
Long-range strikes alone cannot ensure victory in war; they are merely a means of influence and coercion when used in conjunction with other forms of conventional warfare, said Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.
According to him, Russia is making massive use of ballistic and cruise missiles as well as long-range drones, but this will not force Ukraine to surrender. In response to the appearance of Russian jet-powered UAVs, the Ukrainian side is developing and testing high-speed small interceptor drones as part of the natural progression of military science.
Kirill Budanov, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, made this statement during a press conference in Riga.
Kirill Budanov, Head of the Office of the President, called the latest decision by a Russian court to issue an arrest warrant in absentia against him “a kind of acknowledgment of his effectiveness.” The official emphasized that the decisions of Russia’s so-called courts have no significance whatsoever for him or for the rest of humanity, and declared his intention to continue working effectively against the enemy.
