Ukrainian and Crimean Tatar partisans from the “ATESH” movement carried out a sabotage operation in the Lipetsk region. They disabled a key communications tower that had been coordinating strategic military facilities.

This was reported with reference to a post by the partisan movement on social media.

According to the partisans, they destroyed a communications tower used for transmitting data and coordinating the enemy’s security forces. It is known that within the tower’s coverage area were the 924th Combat Training and Retraining Center for Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Units, the Lipetsk military airfield, and the 260th Arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Federation.

The partisans emphasized that due to the loss of coordination, the 260th arsenal has become significantly more vulnerable.

“GRAU arsenals across Russia are burning more and more often. Now that communications near the 260th have been disrupted, any strike against it will be far more destructive,” the statement said.

The partisans also added that the destruction of the tower’s technical module led to immediate disruptions in both primary and backup communication channels.

In Berlin, a record reward has been announced for the saboteurs responsible for the blackout.

In addition, Ukraine’s military intelligence forces burned Su-27 and Su-30 fighter jets at the Lipetsk airfield: a video of the operation has been released.

Earlier, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported updated figures on eliminated occupying troops and destroyed equipment.
