Sixteen people, including two children, were injured as a result of the Russian strike on Kyiv. The attack damaged residential buildings, educational institutions, and railroad tracks.
On the night of September 17, Russian forces once again attacked Kyiv with missiles and drones. Damage from the attack was reported in the Darnytskyi, Dniprovskyi, and Solomianskyi districts.
In the city, multi-family residential buildings, educational institutions, a municipal building, vehicles, and railroad tracks were damaged.
Sixteen local residents were injured in the attack, including a 10-year-old girl and a 12-year-old boy. Most of them are residents of the damaged 16-story apartment building in the Dniprovskyi district.
Investigative and operational teams, bomb disposal experts, and other specialized services are working at the sites of the enemy strikes. Law enforcement officials are documenting the consequences of yet another war crime committed by the Russian Federation against the civilian population, according to the Kyiv Police.
Russia also launched missile strikes on Zaporizhzhia, resulting in casualties.
Earlier, Russia struck Odesa and damaged a high-rise building.
On September 15, a Russian drone strike was recorded in Kyiv’s Svyatoshynsky district. Black smoke is rising from the site.
In the Solomyanskyi district of the capital, a strike was recorded on the grounds of a garage cooperative.
