The General Staff has updated the map of combat operations as of July 31, 2026
The Rocket Forces and artillery units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck four drone command posts, three areas where personnel were concentrated, seven command posts, and another key facility of the Russian occupation forces.
Over the past 24 hours, 269 combat engagements took place on the front lines. Ukrainian troops continue to hold their positions, repelling attacks by Russian invaders and inflicting significant losses on them. Ukraine’s defenders are resolutely countering the enemy’s attempts to advance deeper into Ukrainian territory, inflicting heavy fire damage on the occupiers.
According to updated information, yesterday the enemy launched one missile strike, fired 83 missiles, and carried out 70 airstrikes, dropping 254 guided bombs. In addition, the enemy deployed 8,980 kamikaze drones and carried out 2,941 attacks on populated areas and the positions of our troops, including 39 using multiple launch rocket systems.

In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors
Over the past day, four clashes with the enemy took place; the aggressor carried out one airstrike, dropped three aerial bombs, and fired 78 times at the positions of our troops and populated areas, including three attacks using multiple launch rocket systems.
In the Southern Slobozhanshchyna sector
The enemy attacked the positions of our units six times in the areas around the settlements of Starytsia, Zapadne, and Kopanky, as well as toward the settlements of Okhrimivka, Radkivka, and Khatne.
In the Kupiansk sector
There were nine enemy attacks toward Tyshchenkivka and Radkivka.
In the Lyman sector
The enemy attempted to breach our defenses 17 times, attacking toward the settlements of Dibrova, Stavky, Lyman, Drobysheve, and Ozerne, as well as in the areas around the settlements of Novomykhailivka, Hrekivka, and Novoselivka.
In the Sloviansk sector
The enemy launched 22 assaults in the areas around the settlements of Zakytne, Kryva Luka, Riznykivka, and toward Piskunivka, Rai-Oleksandrivka, and Mykolaivka.
In the Kramatorsk sector
The occupiers launched one attack in the direction of Tykhonivka.
In the Kostiantynivka sector
The enemy carried out 45 attacks in the areas around the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Illinivka, Toretsk, Rusyn Yar, Sofiivka, and toward Stepanivka, Dovha Balka, and Vilne.
In the Pokrovsk direction
Our defenders repelled 35 assaults by the aggressor in the areas around the settlements of Novooleksandrivka, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Molodetske, and toward the settlements of Bilytske, Shevchenko, Myrne, Muravka, Novopavlivka, Novyi Donbas, and Matyashieve.
In the Oleksandrivka sector
The enemy carried out two attacks in the direction of Kalynivskyi and in the area of Pershotravneve.
On the Huliaipole sector
The occupiers carried out 13 attacks toward the settlements of Vozdvizhivka, Kosivtseve, Hirke, Tsvitkove, and Charivne.
In the Orikhiv sector
Our defenders repelled two enemy attempts to advance in the areas of Bilohirya and Shcherbakiv.

On the night of July 26, Russian troops carried out a combined attack on Ukraine, using ballistic missiles, a guided air-to-ground missile, and attack drones. Air defense forces destroyed one X-59/69 guided air-to-ground missile, five of seven “Iskander-M”/S-400 ballistic missiles, and 104 enemy drones.
