Over the past 24 hours, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have eliminated another 1,310 Russian soldiers. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has released updated figures on Russian military casualties as of July 9.
As of July 9, Russia has suffered the following losses in the war against Ukraine:
- personnel – approximately 1,414,820 (+1,310) individuals;
- tanks – 12,107 (+7);
- armored combat vehicles – 24,906 (+3);
- artillery systems – 45,628 (+59);
- multiple launch rocket systems – 1,922 (+4);
- air defense systems – 1,479 (+1);
- aircraft – 437 (+1);
- helicopters – 353 (+0);
- ground-based robotic systems – 1,857 (+4) units;
- operational-tactical UAVs – 398,763 (+1,843) units;
- cruise missiles – 4,887 (+0) units;
- ships/boats – 33 (+0);
- submarines – 2 (+0) units;
- Vehicles and tanker trucks – 117,910 (+363) units;
- special equipment – 4,402 (+4) units
