The General Staff reported 170 engagements over the past 24 hours along the entire front line
As of August 15, there had been 170 combat engagements on the front lines. Russian forces carried out 70 airstrikes using 208 guided bombs, deployed 7,212 kamikaze drones, and fired 1,903 rounds at Ukrainian military positions and populated areas.
In the Northern Slobozhanshchyna and Kursk sectors, three combat engagements have taken place since the start of the day, and the enemy has carried out 37 shelling attacks on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
Over the past 24 hours, in the Southern Slobozhansky direction, the enemy launched four assaults on the positions of our units in the area of Vovchanski Khutory and toward the settlements of Zybine and Okhrimivka.
In the Kupiansk sector, the enemy launched eight attacks toward Radkivka and Kurylivka. One firefight is still ongoing. Seven attempts by the invaders to advance were repelled in the Lyman sector toward the settlements of Cherneshchyna, Novyi Mir, Drobysheve, Lyman, and Dibrova, as well as in the area of the settlements of Ridkodub and Novoselivka.
In the Sloviansk sector, the Defense Forces halted 13 attempts by the invaders to advance in the areas around the settlements of Riznykivka, Kryva Luka, and Zakytne, as well as toward Rai-Oleksandrivka and Piskunivka. Three more clashes are still ongoing. In the Kramatorsk sector, Russian invaders did not conduct any offensive operations. In the Kostiantynivka sector, the Defense Forces repelled 17 enemy assaults in the areas around the settlements of Kostiantynivka, Ivanopillia, Illinivka, Novoselivka, and Sofiivka, as well as toward the settlements of Vilne and Kucheriv Yar. Three firefights are ongoing.
The enemy carried out 23 attacks in the Pokrovsk direction. The occupiers attempted to advance in the areas around the settlements of Vasylivka, Udachne, Kotlyne, and Novopidhorodne, as well as toward the settlements of Bilytske, Novyi Donbas, Shevchenko, Novohryshyne, Serhiivka, and Novopavlivka. Two firefights are still ongoing.
According to preliminary estimates, 36 occupiers were killed and 16 wounded here today; eight vehicles, one artillery system, two ammunition depots, and 31 enemy personnel shelters were destroyed. Two vehicles, four artillery systems, one electronic warfare system, two pieces of specialized equipment, seven UAV control stations, and 110 enemy personnel shelters were damaged. A total of 325 unmanned aerial vehicles of various types were destroyed or neutralized.
In the Oleksandrivka sector, the enemy launched two attacks toward the settlements of Oleksandrohrad and Rybne. In the Huliaipole sector, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy attacks toward the settlements of Charivne, Novoselivka, and in the Bilohirya area. In the Orikhiv sector, our defenders halted one enemy attempt to advance toward Stepnogorsk. In the Dnipro sector, the enemy did not conduct any offensive operations.
In other sectors, there were no significant changes in the situation.

As a reminder, Russian KAB bombs reduced part of a village in the Zaporizhzhia region to ruins in a single night.
As a result of a strike by a Russian drone, one person was killed and another was wounded in the Zaporizhzhia region on August 15.
Russian forces attacked Pavlohrad in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The strike sparked a fire, damaged private homes, and left two men injured and hospitalized.
Over the past day, Russian troops attacked Kherson and dozens of settlements in the region. As a result of the strikes, 28 people were injured, including a 16-year-old boy.
