Ukrainian Intelligence publishes list of Russian factories producing drones used against Ukraine
The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine (GUR) has released information on 21 Russian enterprises involved in the development and production of unmanned aerial vehicles used in the war against Ukraine.
According to the intelligence service, the list includes companies engaged in the creation of various types of drone systems — from FPV drones to software and control systems.
Notably, the published enterprises include:
- LLC “Agency for Digital Development” — developer and manufacturer of the “Svarog” cargo UAV series, used to support occupying forces in Kherson region;
-Companies of the “Aero-Hit” group — developers and manufacturers of FPV drones “Veles,” financed from the Russian state budget;
-KB “Microb” — developer of the FPV drone series “Microb”;
-JSC “Ploshchad” — company producing autopilot and computer vision systems for drones.
GUR emphasises that more than half of the companies on this list are still not subject to sanctions by any country in the sanctions coalition. This allows them to freely access technologies, components, and funding to further develop production.
Ukrainian intelligence calls for increased sanction pressure and for these companies to be included in the sanction lists of responsible businesses, financial institutions, and export control systems.
The agency stressed that the experience the Russian military-industrial complex gains during the war in Ukraine could be used in future armed conflicts involving Russia and its allies.
The situation on the eastern front remains tense: Russian occupying forces have managed to advance near three settlements in Donetsk region. On 7 February, the heaviest pressure from Russian troops was reported on the Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka directions.
