Kellogg, speaking in Odessa, announced a new Russian tactic against Ukrainian ports
On August 21, General Keith Kellogg reported that Russia was using jet-powered drones to attack Ukrainian ports. The former U.S. presidential special envoy made this statement after participating in a meeting of the Black Sea Initiative in Odesa.
“I had a very informative meeting at the Black Sea Initiative in Odesa. This is where the war has changed. The Russians are now using jet-powered drones against the seaport,” Kellogg wrote on X on Friday, illustrating the post with a photo from the meeting.
As a reminder, Russia struck the port of Odesa again, and there are casualties.
In Izyum, Kharkiv Oblast, five people were injured as a result of a Russian airstrike. The enemy also damaged at least 15 residential buildings.
Since the evening of August 16, the Russian army has attacked four districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region nearly 20 times. Five people were wounded as a result of the enemy strikes.
In Kherson, power outages occurred as a result of another round of Russian shelling.
