Crimea came under a massive drone attack
Last night, the temporarily occupied Crimean Peninsula came under a massive drone attack.
Powerful explosions rang out for several hours across various parts of the region, affecting Simferopol, Feodosia, and Kerch.
According to monitoring channels, the nighttime attack was large-scale and prolonged. In Simferopol, “loud explosions were first heard, after which Russian troops opened fire on the drones with machine guns.”
Particular attention was drawn to the situation near strategically important energy facilities. In particular, intense explosions and gunfire “were recorded in the area of the Tavriya Thermal Power Plant, where at least two powerful explosions were reported.”

In addition to energy infrastructure, military facilities of the invaders were likely targeted as well. Gunfire rang out near the “Gvardeyskoye” military airfield, where aviation equipment and warehouses of the occupying forces are located.
Local residents actively shared information about the enemy’s air defense operations. Eyewitnesses reported “the operation of Russian air defense systems, specifically the ‘Pantsir’ complexes, as well as explosions over the sea.”
