Massive Russian attack: cruise missiles and drones struck several regions
Russian forces have launched another combined attack on Ukraine, using strike drones and cruise missiles. Air raid alerts have been issued in most regions.
The Ukrainian Air Force is reporting on the movement of enemy targets.
According to available information, the missiles approached from various directions and moved deeper into Ukrainian territory:
- at 05:15, a group of missiles was detected in the northeast of Zhytomyr Oblast heading toward Zhytomyr;
- at 05:09, missiles were in the north of Kyiv Oblast and were moving westward;
- at 05:00, missiles were detected over Chernihiv Oblast heading southwest toward Kyiv Oblast;
- at 04:57, a group of missiles in the south of Vinnytsia Oblast continued moving toward Khmelnytskyi Oblast;
- At 04:47, missiles in the south of Vinnytsia Oblast were moving westward;
- At 04:41, missiles were detected in the south of Kirovohrad Oblast, heading north;
- At 04:38, a second group of missiles in the Kherson region was heading toward the Mykolaiv region;
- At 04:32, missiles in the north of Mykolaiv Oblast were moving northwest toward Vinnytsia Oblast;
- At 04:24, cruise missiles from the Kherson region were also heading toward the Mykolaiv region.
Earlier, an air raid alert was declared in several regions due to the threat of drones and ballistic weapons.
Information regarding the consequences of the attack, as well as possible damage and casualties, is being clarified.
