Two people were killed in the Kyiv region as a result of an attack by the Russian Federation
As a result of a massive Russian attack on the Kyiv region on September 5, two residents of the Bucha district were killed.
As of 6:00 p.m., 28 civilian facilities in five districts of the region had been damaged. Among them were private homes and apartment buildings, warehouses, railroad tracks, an agricultural enterprise’s premises, and vehicles.
A fire broke out in the Fastiv District following the strikes. Units of the State Emergency Service are working to extinguish it. No reports of casualties have been received from that area.
Emergency and rescue services continue to work on the ground and assess the consequences of the attack.

As a reminder, on August 28, four people were injured in Zaporizhzhia as a result of a Russian drone attack on a construction supply store. A large-scale fire broke out on the premises after the strike.
On the night of August 27, following a Russian attack in Boryspil, Kyiv Oblast, large-scale fires broke out at warehouse facilities.
