Shelling in Donetsk region kills two people
On December 11, Russian forces carried out 2,136 strikes on frontline territories and residential infrastructure in Donetsk region, resulting in the deaths of two civilians and injuries to three others.
This was reported by the National Police of Ukraine.
Eleven settlements were affected by the shelling, including Druzhkivka, Kostiantynivka, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, as well as Bilbasivka, Oleksandrivka, Shevchenko, Znamenivka, Illinivka, Novoiverske, and Yatskivka. A total of 24 civilian objects were damaged in the attacks.



Donetsk region remains under heavy shelling — 22 attacks in a single day, with civilian casualties reported.
Previously, Russian drones struck energy facilities in Odesa, and drone attacks in Dnipropetrovsk region also caused deaths and injuries.
