Occupiers attack border areas of Chernihiv region: cultural centre and vehicles set on fire
Over the past day, Russian forces carried out numerous strikes specifically targeting border communities in the Chernihiv region. In total, 44 shelling incidents and 69 explosions were recorded.
This was reported by Viacheslav Chaus, Head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration.
As a result of an FPV drone strike on Kostobobriv in the Semenivka community, a service vehicle belonging to the forestry enterprise of State Enterprise “Forests of Ukraine” was destroyed, along with all personal belongings of the staff. Fortunately, the forester and forest ranger were not injured.






In addition, a civilian vehicle in Semenivka was damaged, also as a result of a drone strike.
At around 3 a.m., the enemy attacked the Novhorod-Siverskyi City House of Culture with Geran-type drones. At least four explosions were reported. A fire broke out at the impact site, and the facades and windows of nearby buildings were also damaged.
