Russian occupiers destroyed a police district station in Shostka with drones, over 20 officers injured

On March 11, Russian occupiers carried out a drone strike on the district police station in Shostka, Sumy region. Police officers were injured in the attack. This was reported by Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko.

According to him, the Shostka district police building was destroyed, and more than 22 officers sustained injuries.

Klymenko also noted that Russian forces regularly shell Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk region.

“There is information that they train there to launch drones during basic combined-arms exercises — targeting peaceful civilians. Some attacks are carried out with drones, others with artillery,” the minister said.

Additionally, Semenivka in Chernihiv region, the northernmost district center in Ukraine, remains under constant attack. According to the Interior Minister, Russian forces are destroying facilities within a 20-kilometer zone from the border, including administrative buildings, to complicate the work of local authorities.

Klymenko also reported that just this past weekend, during repeated strikes, seven State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) vehicles, working on the aftermath of attacks, were destroyed.

Earlier, Russian forces attacked a vehicle in Sumy region, killing two people.

Russian drones also struck the center of Novhorod-Siverskyi, leaving three people injured.
