Russian dictator Vladimir Putin stated that Russia does not consider itself responsible for the deaths of people in Ukraine.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin stated that Russia does not consider itself responsible for the deaths of people in Ukraine.

He made this claim during the so-called “direct line.”

According to Putin, Russia does not bear responsibility for the war. He asserts that hostilities allegedly began after events in Ukraine in 2014.

“We do not consider ourselves responsible for the deaths of people because we did not start this war. This war was started after the state coup in Ukraine in 2014,” he said.

Putin added that Russia is prepared to achieve its goals in the war against Ukraine by military means if negotiations do not take place, during an extended meeting of the Russian Ministry of Defense’s collegium.

He also claimed that the West supposedly initiated the war against Ukraine.

Russia plans to put the “Oreshnik” missile on combat duty by the end of the year.
